What we do
Pick one service or all of them. I do the boring foundational work right so your lawn keeps looking good between visits — even in August.

How it works
I try to make hiring me boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.
I come out, listen to what you want, and look at what the lawn actually needs. No high-pressure quotes, no surprises — most Baytown walks take ten minutes.
Flat per-visit price the same day. That number is what shows up on the invoice — no add-ons, no fuel surcharges, no "next-week we noticed" line items.
Once we start, I show up the same morning every week. Quiet equipment, gate latched, walks blown clean. Storm weeks shift by a day — you’ll get a text.
Baytown-specific
The bay sits about a mile from most of the houses I cut. That coastal humidity is why St. Augustine thrives here — and why brown patch, take-all root rot, and chinch bugs show up the moment a crew gets sloppy. Most of what looks like a "bad lawn" in Baytown is really just bad mow technique meeting Gulf air.
Cut high, cut weekly.
St. Augustine wants 3.5 to 4 inches in summer. Bi-weekly cuts mean scalping, which means brown patch by July.
Blow off — don't mulch — wet clippings.
Baytown mornings stay damp until 10am. Mulched clippings pack into thatch and feed fungus. I bag or blow when it's wet.
Watch for chinch bugs in August.
Brown sun-shaped patches that won't green up after rain are usually chinch bugs, not drought. I'll flag it before it spreads.
Storm-prep matters more than the mow.
Loose pecan limbs and palm fronds become missiles in a Gulf squall. I clear before I cut, especially June through October.
A typical front yard, east side of the bay
Almost every Baytown yard I cut has roughly this shape — house pulled forward, live oak shedding all year on the west side, crepe myrtle holding the corner, and a damp band of St. Augustine where the morning shade lifts last. That damp band is where brown patch starts. Cutting it right is most of the job.
The route
I keep the route tight on purpose — Baytown out to Mont Belvieu and Highlands, then south across the channel into La Porte and Deer Park. No cross-Houston freeway runs. That’s why your yard gets the same morning every week and why the price stays where it is.
Storm weeks shift the schedule by a day or two. You’ll get a text — no guessing.

Most of these are weekly customers around Baytown and Mont Belvieu. The lawn looks like this between visits — that’s the point.

In their words
A few of the long-time Baytown and Mont Belvieu folks who put up with me showing up the same morning every week — rain, shine, or Gulf squall.
Affordable price and fast, friendly service. Alex showed up within the hour to give me a quote and had the yard done the same afternoon. Dependable, reasonable, and the lines are sharp.

Hidden gem for the Baytown and Crosby areas. Same day every week, never had to chase him down, and he spotted a sprinkler head I had broken before I even knew about it.

Hired Alex after Hurricane Beryl took down a third of our pecan tree. He cleared the branches, cut around the wreckage, and had the yard back to normal by Friday. Solid work for what he charged.
